Tennis Footwork Back Foot Up

By Tennis Master • February 9, 2010 • Filed in: Tennis Lessons

www.fuzzyyellowballs.com Bringing your behind feet up after we strike a tennis round puts we in upon all sides to redeem behind to a center of a tennis court. The key, as we insist in this video, is to get your physique confronting a net after we strike (similar to a ready position). This will let we side trifle behind to a center of a tennis court. For some-more giveaway video tennis lessons upon a footwork required when bringing your behind feet up as well as alternative shots, greatfully revisit us during www.fuzzyyellowballs.com !

Hi Jaewon. Kicking one leg or the other up on the two-handed backhand is an advanced technique. The scissor-kick 2h bh, for example, facilitates body rotation on high balls. I wouldn’t worry too much about that stuff right now — just make sure you have the basic footwork patterns down and you’ll be good to go on most shots.

for the 2H BH, an example of the backfoot up is Safin, rite?

I still don’t get how he just kick his backfoot behind. It feels unnatural to me…

And btw how about adding videos about running strokes. Whenever I do a 2H BH running, I topple over from tripping over my own feet. Yah, I need help on that, thx!
